Exchange and returns policy

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the tea or feel there is significant difference in the taste profile compared to the sample received or compared to a previous order of the same tea, we will be happy to negotiate a suitable payment adjustment or, alternatively refund you for the cost of the unopened or undamaged teas and arrange for the tea to be returned. This applies for up to 7 days after the receipt of your order

Please note: We do not honor exchanges or refunds if the issue is not quality-driven but is rather a matter of personal taste. Please note that as an agricultural product, some seasonal variance is to be expected in the flavor profiles of tea. For this reason, we recommend you receive a sample for tasting before purchasing.
