Wholesale price lists and available teas are updated regularly. Tea prices can be accessed by creating an account as a wholesale customer. New customer inquiries are most welcome. Price lists can be also be provided on request via the contact form or by emailing to to [email protected].

Most of our teas are available in consistent quality all year round. Some of our higher end, seasonal teas, however are quite limited in quantity and are available on a first come first serve basis until stocks are out – unless prior arrangements have been made. From time to time new teas become available and we endeavor to keep our clients updated and informed via email and twitter.

Wholesale ordering online is available for China and Taiwan origin teas. Japan, Thailand and Indian ordering online will be available shortly.  Once we receive your order we will check and confirm it via email. The final invoice will then be emailed to you for payment.

Preparation Lead Time and Shipping Transit Time:

Once payment has been received your order will normally be prepared within 2-7 days. Shipping time varies according to the mode of shipping. DHL or EMS is usually 3-7 business days. Regular Airmail 7-10 business days and SAL (where available) is usually 15-20 days. Our default shipping modes are EMS or DHL or sometimes other carriers such as UPS or FEDEX if lower priced.

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order size is 1kg (2.2lb) per tea variety, and 3kg (6.6lb) per order per country

Packaging Size

Standard packaging is 500g(1.1lb) or 1kg (2.2lb) – depending on the tea type. We can provide smaller custom packing if required – including 50g and 100g packs – a fee of US$0.25/pack applies for custom packaging.

For orders of 200kg or more of tea or tea ware products with a volume of more than 1cu m, shipping by ocean freight can significantly reduce shipping costs. For orders totaling 15 cu m and more, FCL (full container) rates enable further savings on shipping costs.

Samples:

We can supply up to 10 tea samples per country free of charge. We request a shipping cost fee of USD$35/country which is refunded in full with your first order. Additional samples can be later provided free of charge whenever requested and included with tea orders. Payment terms are prepaid on order placement.
