Other Notes: Lapsang Souchong is the world’s oldest black tea. It was “accidentally” discovered through mutation processing of green tea. Our grade Lapsang Souchong is made using one bud two leaves from Fuyun No.6 cultivar planted in Star Village of Wuyi. It is processed by the traditional method. It has strong pine smoke flavor and mellow taste.
The premium orthodox grade is made in the original place Tong Mu Guan, by the tea plucked from local small leaf mixed cultivar. It is baked using pine smoke. It has strong pleasant pine smoke flavor and mellow taste. It is a very authentic Lapsang Souchong.
