A Traditional Style Dong Ding Oolong
Hong Shui Oolong is a traditional Dong Ding Oolong with higher oxidisation levels than most present day Dong Ding teas. Compared with many varieties of Dong Ding Oolong teas today, the tea making process of this traditional Dong Ding Oolong is much more complex. Most of the younger farmers today prefer to produce Dong Ding tea with a lighter light oxidation primarily because it is easier and not so time consuming to produce.
An artisan tea with 40% -50% oxidation and heavily roasted. It has an unforgettable taste and supreme aroma.
