This rare green tea is made with tea leaves from the Chin Xin Gan Zhi cultivar. The tea flavor and aroma was described as having light almond-like sweet roasted notes, a good vegetal body with hints of creamy artichoke, and the flowery and balsam freshness of High Mountain Oolongs.
Our Taiwanese tea maker colleague is re-defining the boundaries of what is conventionally expected of Taiwanese teas with this classic green tea. A must try for discerning tea connoisseurs!
