This exception High Mountain Oolong tea is from a certified Organic tea garden situated along the Western border of Guangxi, near Yunnan at an elevation of 1850m (6,070ft). It is named Volcano Oolong because the area where these tea plants are grown is near the mouth of an old extinct volcano.
The tea garden and processing is excellently managed by an ex-Taiwanese tea grower and tea maker. The tea is a lightly oxidized fresh oolong with a light roast.
